Trinity Systems

Phantom energy accounts for 5-10 % of electricity wastage per household in the United States. This is the energy that appliance lose as long as they are plugged into the grid, even if they are turned off or are not actively used. Trinity Systems is an application that utilizes smartwatch, actigraphy, and gps technology to completely cut down this energy loss from plugged in appliances when they are not actively being used. Based on our initial calculations, we predict that utilization of our application will save approximately 3.38 tons of carbon release into the atmosphere during the first phase of our pilot program. We expect a fast rate of growth of our product and service based on the exponentially growing smartwatch market along with the increased stress governments are now placing on funding green solutions that limit the adverse impact of Global Warming.
