STEMulate wants to diversify the STEM workforce and work on closing the Black and White wealth gap. STEMulate plans on doing this by training Black individuals between the ages of 16-24 on skills needed for STEM job placement that do not require a bachelor’s. STEMulate will train these individuals on codind, web development and other needed skills to land them a well-paid job within STEM.
