There is a huge talent gap problem in tech positions all over the world, leaving companies stuck with a lack of programmers and loss of productivity. We help our clients hire tech talent in cohorts. The developers never pay anything; instead, companies are paying us to have their own cohort and access the human capital that they direly need. It works like this:
- Create a cohort of 30 developers that fit our client’s hiring criteria: The cohort consists of developers who have already proved their coding skills on our online ed platform and tests. We and our client interview them before admission to the cohort.
- Onboard the cohort to the client for 2 months: The client tells us which tech skills it needs. We upskill the cohort for 2 months for these needs.
- Client hires as many people as it needs: The client hires as many people as it needs at once! On average, 8 developers are hired immediately by the client (max hire was 21 out of 30).
