Mother’s Milk protein shake is plant-based and fiber-rich, helping women get the nutrients they need while providing satiety and fullness. The shakes include herbs to promote lactation such as fennel, anise, and fenugreek. Breastfeeding mothers often take supplements containing these herbs to support breast milk production.
