Jumpstart Coffee

I want to start a coffee shop that trains homeless young people as baristas and connects them to resources (transportation, mental health, housing). After 6 months we help them find long term employment. I want to use a suspended coffee model where people pay an extra $1 or $2 for someone in need to come in and get a free cup of coffee and the rest goes to a non-profit to fund training program
