Every year over 17 million tones of textile waste is produce in US and over 92 million tones in the globe. Most of this waste goes directly to lad fills which is harmful to environment. I want to develop a method to recycle textile in a much more efficient way to change the current industry and develop different environmentally friendly fabrics.
