EDUrain partners with colleges to provide their students an official off-campus housing marketplace with a plethora of student support tools to assist them through their rental journey as inexperienced renters. We connect students with landlords who actually rent to students, while offering them programs such as the renters education guide, credit building, and a security deposit alternative. Our student support drives our college partnerships where we not only support their students in all off-campus housing needs, but also work with their students to make us a peer reviewed platform. We make money off of the landlord for listing on our platform and giving them access to their target demographic while endorsing their property. An additional revenue stream we have is from the student when they enroll in the security deposit program. This program empowers students so they don’t have to pay the upfront cash security deposit and instead pay a small monthly fee and only pay for damages if they occur.
