Communion

Communion is a user-owned, social staffing network for 82.3M hourly workers. Users can broadcast their staffing needs (operators) and availabilities (workers) to their networks, and amplify others’ broadcasts (“retweets” / referrals). The end state is a marketplace supporting an elastic workforce, “surge pricing” for labor, and (web3) credentials for all users. The co-founders are prev VC-backed Web3, Growth, and Eng operators.
