BearBox

College gets rough.
Each year, a new cohort of wide-eyed students arrive at the Village and South 40, eager to take their next steps. We often focus on the positives of the college experience, but initial excitement settles, and then comes the hard parts.

BearBox is a new kind of on-campus business — 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. We combat finals, sick-days, homesickness, and stress by giving students a little taste of home, four times a semester.

Our eponymous care packages include both luxury items & essentials for college life; refills on ibuprofen, kleenex, etc., along with local business gift-cards, decor, skincare, baked goods, & a variety of other options. Parents are also offered a range of customizable items they may chose to include.
Each Bear Box will also include a miniature stuffed bear with a customizable letter/memo from the purchaser attached. Box design and contents are themed around the time of year it is delivered. We currently plan to deliver Back-to-school Boxes, Halloween Boxes, Polar Boxes (Winter), and Finals Boxes.

Our minimum viable product is the Back-To-School box. We plan to offer this box in three sizes: Small (The Cub Box), Medium (The Bear Box), and Large (The Grizzly Box).
