Almost 4 billion passengers fly every year, which accounts to over 4.5 billion bags as of 2018. There are around 50-80 million mishandled bags in the system each year. Data from 2016 shows that 67% of mishandling occurs during transfer. The main problem here is of tags becoming crumpled, unreadable, which meant the bags could not be processed by the baggage handling system. The internet connectivity problem is another major setback for people to take trips to other countries. Because of this tourists often get scammed and end up paying more than the actual cost. Tourists are often lured into upskill places and miss out on the local experience which is a matter of concern. There is always a hassle while travel planning and there’s nobody they can trust there !
